The prices can vary essentially depending on the type of text to be translated. Standard translations are the simplest ones and they refer to texts without any specific terminology (for example technical or scientific). To this kind of translations correspond documents and articles with generic language, any type of letters, presentations, reports, etc.
Specialized translations are those requiring a higher language precision and whose texts contain a clearly specific terminology (technical, scientific, legal, medical, computer, economic, etc.). In regard to the translations that are strictly technical we refer to, for example: machine and tool manuals, instructions of use for electronic devices, catalogues, rules and specifications, etc. All the prices we detail below are shown in Euros per word, VAT not included.

You choose the most convenient date and time of delivery of the translation and we will do our best in order to meet your requirements, depending on the volume of work we have at the moment you request our service. In any case we always guarantee you the quickest service possible.

If you wish to receive a free estimate for your translation you will only have to send us an email with an attachment of the text to be translated indicating all the languages you need your text to be translated into and the terms of delivery desired. Also we ask you to provide us with some contact data of your company: company name, complete address, telephone number(s), etc. We will forward you the estimate as soon as possible with no obligation on your part. To confirm your acceptance you must send us the same estimate signed by fax. Upon receiving it we will begin the translation.

Along with the translation that we deliver to you at the agreed term, you will receive an invoice by email or mail. You will have to make the payment by means of a bank transfer or check within 30 days from the date of delivery of the translation.
