The prices we detail below include the VAT
. The deposit will be paid at the time the service for finding a family has been requested and is refundable. The rest can be paid at a later time when the family have already all the contact data of the au-pair and after accepting to take her in. Requesting more information is absolutely free.

The family will determine the duration of the stay from the beginning. In the case that it is more than 3 months, if only the normal rate (100 euros) has been paid, you will have to pay the 100 euros difference in order to stay longer with the family.
. (Should the au-pair not be happy with the family we have provided for her, we will proceed to search for a new family for her, with no additional cost, in the shortest time possible). Should the new family not be able to take her in for the time initially agreed upon we will take care of offering her another family in order to fill the period for which she has paid)
. The au-pair is entitled to a two week notice, at minimum, plus the corresponding pocket money for termination of the relationship which has been decided by the family.
. (If the au-pair who has been placed in another family should like to stay for a longer time than initially agreed upon, she will have to pay the corresponding difference).
. En caso de sustitución no se podrá especificar la nacionalidad de la au-pair. Se podrán efectuar hasta 2 sustituciones gratuitas, después se aplicaran las tarifas normales para este servicio.
. We will not be held responsible in case we are unable to offer a new family to the au-pair or the new family should not be accepted by the au-pair
. (Our agency will not be held responsible for any negligent, dishonest, or immoral conduct by the family; even though we will do our best in order to verify in advance that the family is honest and reliable).
. Neither are we responsible if, in the end, the family should decide not to take the au-pair in. Of course we will try hard to find another position as soon as possible.
. In the case of cancellation for the part of the au-pair before she has been offered a family we will proceed to refund half of the amount which has been paid, only if the au-pair will inform us about her decision within 7 working days. The inscription quota is obviously non-refundable in any case.
. No reimbursement will be given for cancellations by the au-pair when she has been already assigned or offered a family.
. Should the offered family cancel and we are unable to replace it with another suitable one we will refund the deposit.
