We are a company with wide experience in the field of services for teaching and learning languages and, among various other activities; we dedicate ourselves also to the search of job offers for native teachers in language schools. We have at our disposal an extensive web of contacts with academies and language schools in all of Spain. We act as intermediaries between the schools, who regularly request native qualified teachers from us in order to fill their vacancies, and the teachers of their own mother tongue who are looking for work in this sector in our country.
Below we detail all the essential requirements for participating in our selection of candidates and becoming part of our Employment office. First of all if you want to teach English, German or French in Spain you must be a native speaker of one of the above-mentioned languages. You will participate in the selection process solely for teaching positions for your native language at private language schools. The applicants must not be over 45 years of age.
With regard to required qualifications we will only review the applications of those candidates who:
- can demonstrate possession of an officially recognized teaching certificate for teaching your language as a foreign language or any other equivalent certificate. For English, for example, we accept certificates like TEFL (teaching of English as Foreign Language), TESL (teaching of English as a second language), and TESOL (teaching of English to speakers of other languages).
- hold a university degree in any field. (It is better if they possess a specific degree in philology of their native language).
Also, we will evaluate experience in the field of teaching of each candidate. The more experience at other language schools you have the more chances you will have to find a position with better salary and contract conditions, and in a more prestigious school.
Alter looking over your application and all the documents that you have given us, we will contact you if a concrete job offer has come up for you which matches your profile and above all, the minimum requirements that the school demands. The entrepreneurs set such requirements and we try to find the individuals with the characteristics they outlined; therefore, you will not be able to choose the location of the post we will offer you. You only must confirm with us your interest in the offer or turn it down in the shortest time possible. In the case that we do not receive any answer from you within seven days we will automatically consider excluded your candidacy for the offered position. |
